Roberta has worked in the agriculture, food and nutrition industries for 28 years, holding various positions in sales, marketing and operations. Throughout her career, Roberta has integrated her expertise in nutrition, marketing, and organizational development to understand the rapid changes taking place in the food industry and has leveraged this understanding to coach top level leaders and teams to better, more efficient operations. She has worked closely with companies such as Menu Magic Foods, Idahoan Foods, Gardenburger, Nestle, Simplot, and, most recently, Monsanto, working alongside PwC consultants to operationalize the change strategy for sites and help transform their production plants across North America. Roberta has also served on the Professional Development Committee for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, spearheading their Leadership and CPE Institute.
