Dan Kreher

Dan Kreher is a CPA with 30 years of broad financial and M&A experience including investment banking, financial management, corporate development and public accounting. He has worked for the past decade in middle-market investment banking with several firms in the St. Louis area. During that time, he led a number of successful sell-side engagements representing privately owned businesses in aerospace/defense, professional services and craft brewing. Prior to his investment banking career, Dan served as senior vice president with Engineered Support Systems (ESSI), a St. Louis-based defense contractor, where he directed M&A activities and managed investor relations for this high-growth public company. In this role, he completed the acquisition of nine separate privately owned businesses generating combined annual revenues of $650 million and representing an aggregate transaction value of approximately $500 million.

Dan started his business career as an auditor in the middle-market practice group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting, from St. Louis University. An avid fisherman, Dan is a lifetime member of the Missouri Conservation Federation and a past officer of the Missouri Smallmouth Alliance. He also is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Dan Pizzini

Dan Pizzini has more than 30 years of experience in the beverage sector, starting as a warehouse associate and working his way up to co-owner, vice president and marketing director for Pizzini Distributing Company, which was later acquired by Donnewald Distributing Company. With Donnewald, he successfully integrated a complex merger of two local markets while overseeing day-to-day operations. He has in-depth working knowledge of beverage sales, marketing, general management, route accounting software, warehousing, leading and staffing, and understands the complexities of running a successful beverage distribution business.

In 2012, Dan became co-owner of Six Row Brewery in St. Louis, where he utilized his extensive knowledge and experience in the beer/beverage industry sector to successfully launch various styles of beer in both case and draft packages. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing and Administration, from Loyola University in New Orleans. Dan and his wife, Cynthia, are Illinois natives and enjoy traveling, boating and being active in their three children’s activities.

Mike Rami

Mike Rami has more than 20 years of banking and corporate finance experience serving middle-market companies. He began his career with American National Bank in Chicago and later joined Mark Twain Bank in St. Louis where he developed and managed multimillion-dollar loan portfolios for a variety of market sectors.

Mike served as senior vice president of commercial lending for Triad Bank, a denovo bank specializing in middle-market commercial banking. In 2010, he joined a local investment banking firm as a director, where he led sell-side and buy-side engagements, focusing on clients in the craft brewing, distilling and water treatment industries. He possesses an in-depth understanding of financial service processes, practices and models.

A co-founder of Six Row Brewing Company, Mike has a personal passion for the craft brewing industry. He is active in the St. Louis community, working with numerous nonprofit organizations including the St. Louis Zoo and remains heavily involved in youth soccer. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from St. Louis University.

William Billeaud

Bill Billeaud runs Glendale’s Dallas office. He has more than 30 years of global, broad and diverse experience in Corporate Finance and Advisory in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. He is responsible for the Business Technology (focusing on Big Data and AI), Healthcare and International Beverage sectors at Glendale Capital Partners.

Bill bootstrapped, branded and built 3 global business with 100+ plus people and 90+ advisory, IT and corporate finance projects worth over $20 million EBITDA. He restructured a successful turnaround of 4 PE portfolio companies, sold a $50 million ag business development in Latin America, and established operations in 43 countries within a year. Bill’s customers and employers have included Wal-Mart, Delphi Automotive, Oracle, Maytag and Ericsson.

Bill holds an International MBA from Saint Louis University, a BA from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has Executive Specializations in Data Science, Digital Marketing and Global Strategy Implementation from Johns Hopkins, UIUC and Thunderbird School of Management. He is President of the Board of Visitors for the Political Science Department at the University of Illinois.

Rick Hengehold

Rick Hengehold has more than 15 years of banking and financial services experience, working primarily with privately held middle-market companies. He began his career at Mercantile Bank in St. Louis and later joined The Bank of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, IL where he developed and managed million-dollar loan portfolios.

In 2008, Rick chose to pursue a career in the information technology industry and obtained a Master of Science in management information systems from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. He served in business analysis and project management roles, primarily working on enterprise-level software development projects at Fortune 1000 companies.

Rick is active in the St. Louis community, working with numerous nonprofit organizations including the Ronald McDonald House of St. Louis. In addition to a master’s degree, Rick holds a BSBA in marketing from University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Joel Manesberg

Joel Manesberg has more than 35 years of experience in software development and hardware platform solutions. Joel’s career took one of several extraordinary turns in 1987 when, at the request of several well-known organizations including the St. Louis Blues hockey team, he started his first systems integration company, J&G Computer Solutions. With a hand-picked team of system engineers, J&G’s revenue grew 20% year over year, with a gross profit margin averaging over 30% for each year. Just seven years after starting his first company, Joel began his second company, Direct Data, a boutique software development company specializing in Digital Asset Management and Digital Workflow software solutions.

During J&G’s tenth year in business and just months before the formation of his third business, Joel successfully led and executed the sale of J&G Computer Solutions, effectively negotiating a 10% increase in purchase price and the continuation of employment for the nearly 90% of employees that wished to continue with the company post-transaction.

A veteran business owner with widespread hardware/software technology expertise, combined with his M&A experience, Joel maintains a thorough understanding of the industry and how to leverage M&A transactions to the benefit of the business owner. In addition to advising on M&A transactions, he currently employs his in-depth knowledge of project management techniques to provide turnkey hardware and software solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Illinois State University. Joel and his wife, Susan, enjoy living in St. Louis.

Chris Swingle, D.O.

Dr. Christopher Swingle is a nuclear medicine physician with more than 12 years in private practice. In his clinic, he has performed more than 15,000 PET/CT interpretations. He also has 15 years experience in the treatment of thyroid cancer with radioisotopes. Chris has participated in clinical trials for Bexxar and Zevalin therapy for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Currently, he acts as the Biomedical Industry Expert for Glendale Capital Partners in addition to his practice at West County Radiology. Chris has held numerous leadership positions in organized medicine, and is the current President Elect of the Saint Louis Metropolitan Medical Society. Additionally he has extensive experience in radiation safety and quality improvement.

Outside of clinical medical practice, Chris has a passion for connecting physicians with the burgeoning biomedical start-up ecosystem developing in St. Louis. He has represented the St. Louis Metropolitan Medical Society at Washington University’s Sling Health Incubator (formerly Idea Labs) and is on the advisory board for Saint Louis University’s MED Launch start-up competition. Additionally, he has assisted with due diligence research in medical science and intellectual property for local venture capital, angel investment, and patent licensing firms.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas before going on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He is certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine with additional certifications from the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the Certification Board of Cardiac Computed Tomography. Chris has also contributed to several publications and is an avid volunteer in the medical space for local venture capital and angel investment groups.

Dan Krack

Dan Krack has more than 25 years of experience in the water treatment sector, spending his first few years as a sales rep for Nalco’s industrial water treatment division and later working for NCH Corp as a corporate recruiter. Dan transferred to NCH’s water treatment division, Chem-Aqua, where he was quickly promoted to area sales manager, overseeing several Midwestern states.

In 1995, Dan founded Quality Water Treatment Inc., a regional water treatment firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, and in late 2012, successfully sold it to Jaytech, Inc. Subsequent to the merger, Dan served as Vice President of Sales for the St. Louis, Springfield and Sikeston locations of QWT, the newly formed division of Jaytech. The combined firms are now among the largest regional water treatment firms in the Midwest.

Dan is an active member of the Association of Water Technologies (AWT), receiving his Certified Water Technologist (CWT) standing in 2009, and was a speaker at the 2012 AWT National Convention. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York, and an MBA from Maryville University in St. Louis. Dan is an avid skier and marathon runner. He is a member of the 50 States Marathon Club and has completed 40 marathons in 34 states. He and his wife, Jane, have two sons and currently reside in California.

Chris Barrow

Chris Barrow is a Global Consumer Products & Beverages leader with more than 30 years of broad experience in general management, operational management, strategic planning, as well as successfully facilitating mergers and acquisitions across culturally diverse environments. He has a consistent track record of improving operating performance and increasing shareholder value across a wide range of leadership roles with blue-chip CPG companies in North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Chris joined HEINEKEN in 2004 where he worked on a variety of business development projects in Asia and Latin America before becoming Managing Director HEINEKEN Latin America and then President of HEINEKEN’s Polish operations, Grupa Zywiec, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2010 Chris was appointed to run the newly acquired Femsa Beer Business in Brazil, the #4 player in a highly consolidated market. After increasing profitability in Brazil over the next three years, Chris was appointed in 2013 to the newly-created position of Chief Strategy Officer for HEINEKEN International where he served as a member of the 12-person Executive Committee (Exco).

Most recently, Chris served as Chief Strategy Officer for Pabst Brewing Company. In this role, Chris led strategy development for the whole organization, managing new acquisitions and partnerships, and developed the company’s international business.

Chris is keen on building winning teams, especially in turnaround situations, and is experienced in dealing with complex partnerships. A highly-motivated problem solver, with a preference for being involved at both the strategic and the operational level.

In his role with Glendale Capital Partners, Chris has the knowledge and expertise to not only advise on mergers and acquisitions, but also has the capability to actively participate in the operations of the business during and subsequent to the acquisition process.
