Glendale Capital Partners advised a provider of commercial plumbing services for the utility sector on the sale of a majority stake in the business to Crete Mechanical Group. (“CMG”). The partnership adds over 70 technicians and plumbers to the CMG Family. This acquisition adds Illinois and Missouri to CMG’s group of partners while incorporating crucial expertise servicing utility companies in multiple states.
